Create an invoice that helps you get paid how you want, while letting your clients pay up to 15 different ways, crypto or fiat

Go to the invoices page

Add invoice by clicking “create invoice” at the top right

Enter company details
-
Logo: click the + button to add a company logo on your invoice

Company: company name
-
Email: email where invoice communications will be sent

Address: company address
-
Tax ID: company tax ID number
-
Enter customer details
-
Name: use the dropdown menu to search for existing customers or add a new customer
-
Email: email where the invoice will be sent
-
Address: customer’s address
-
Tax ID: customer tax ID number

Enter invoice details
-
Item(s)
-
Item: name of the item or service provided
-
Qty: quantity of the item provided
-
Price: unit price of the item or service
-
-
[QuickBooks] Product/Service
-
[Xero] GL category
-
Note: to include a note on the invoice
-
Discount: to add a discount on the subtotal

Add payment instructions
-
Click “+ add a payment method.”

Choose “crypto” or “fiat.”
-
Crypto: Enter wallet name, address, network(s), and asset (e.g., USDC).

Fiat: Enter bank name, account/IBAN, routing/sort code, and SWIFT/BIC for international wires.

Save the payment method.

Activate flexible payment options (if not already done):

After saving your payment method, you will see a popup prompting you to “Activate flexible payment options.”

Complete KYC/KYB if required. Once approved, you can freely add both crypto and fiat methods.

Note: You can add multiple flexible payment methods—both crypto and fiat—on any invoice. Simply select “+ Add a payment method” to add another option.

Set invoice terms

Invoice number: auto-populated or you can specify an invoice number
-
Issue date: default is current day
-
Due date: default is 14 days
-
Create invoice
-
Review the invoice:

Check for accuracy and click on any section to edit if needed

Select a delivery option:
-
Send to client: immediately sends the invoice and payment link to your customer’s email

Create & send later: creates the invoice and send it when you’re ready
-
You can save the invoice as draft from the bottom left at any time.
Review the journal entriesCopied!
After payment, you will have a invoice and invoice payment journal entry in your accounting system. Head over to your Journal in your Xero/Quickbooks account (usually found under Reports or Accounting).
Note: Only applicable if you have your accounting system connected.
