Contact us at support@acctual.com and we will investigate. if your client or you or your client have sent funds from your bank account, request a Trace ID for an ACH payment or an IMAD for a wire from your bank. Providing this information will help us track down the transaction faster.
I’m expecting a payment—when will it arrive in my bank account?Copied!
Next-day ACH transactions can take 1-3 days to arrive in your account. Same-day ACH transactions sent before 4 pm EST will arrive at their destination on the same day. Wires can take a few hours to process, but they will be processed the same day as long as they are received before 5 p.m. EST.
If my client pays in fiat and I choose to receive stablecoin, how long will it take?Copied!
In most cases, Acctual will initiate stablecoin payments within a few minutes of the fiat arriving in Acctual’s bank account. However, in some cases, it might take up to 90 minutes to complete the stablecoin transaction.
How long do transfers take? Copied!
Transfers between crypto and fiat (in either direction) typically take just a few minutes to appear and settle in your account.
What is the minimum amount that I can send or receive?Copied!
For USDC transactions, the minimum amount is $2
For USDT transactions, the minimum amount is $21
My client is paying in USD. Where should they enter the memo?Copied!
Memos can be entered in the Memo or reference field when creating the ACH or Wire.
For JP Morgan Chase, the correct field is called “Message to Recipient.”
For Mercury, the correct field is called “Message to Recipient.”

My client’s bank doesn’t recognize the routing number. What should I do?Copied!
The correct routing numbers for Lead Bank are 101019644 for virtual accounts and 101206101 for most memo-based payments. Both can be found on FRB Services' website at frbservices.org. The American Bankers Association (ABA) also provides an online lookup tool for routing numbers, which can be accessed here.
If you encounter any errors, please contact your bank's support and inform them that these routing numbers are listed on the websites mentioned above and should be recognized to support wire and ACH payments.
My bank sent a microdeposit to my USD account. How do I confirm the amounts?Copied!
Notifications for Microdeposits made to virtual accounts are sent to [email, SMS, push notification]. It can take up to 1 day for the microdeposits to arrive.

Where Can I Use Acctual?Copied!
We aim to make Acctual available in most countries around the world, except those under OFAC sanctions or similar restrictions. In the United States, our service isn’t available for customers whose primary address is in New York, Florida, Alaska, or Louisiana. For businesses, if your main operating address is in one of these restricted states, our service cannot be provided—even if you’re incorporated or bank elsewhere. Certain transactions, such as ACH or wire transfers, do not process on US Federal Reserve Bank holidays. Acctual follows the same schedule, meaning funds sent or received on these days will be delayed until the next business day. This ensures our banking partners align with regulatory requirements and maintain consistent settlement times. Below is a list of observed holidays for upcoming years, during which we cannot process bank-based transactions.
